The efficient, automatic mounting of the fittings with the highest precision is what LEMUTH’s fittings mounting centre puts into operation.
Various enhanced configurations facilitate the alignment of the machine to the requirements of the respective window construction. According to the enhanced configuration the following processes can be fully automated for the machining of the sash to be completed in 1 or 2 minutes:
- set and bolt to the corner guides
- predrill holes, set and bolt the sash hinges
- set and bolt the interlocking rods
- cut, set and bolt all fittings components to be cut to length including connection plates.
The upgradeable, modular machine concept allows for the gradual automation of the process to mount the fittings onto the sash:
For example, at the back of a FBA-EU ( for mounting the corner guides ) a FBA-FL-MV ( for mounting the sash hinges and interlocking rods ) can be added on later. With further upgrading to include a FBA-VA ( for mounting all fittings components to be cut to length) the machine will be fully automated.
