The fully automatic stacking device is the perfect addition for every existing production line. The option is available for the stacking of frames or sashes to take place in compartment racks, roller trolleys or a combination of roller trolleys and racks.
For seamless integration into the existing production line the choice of 4 different stacking options is available. A slewing unit to turn the sash around 90° on its raised edge can be integrated.
The “stupid stacker” version works without transferring data to the subsequent machine. This means, the components are stored each time in the next free compartment.
The “clever stacker” however relays the data to the subsequent machine. This programming facilitates, for example, the transfer of the stacking information to the frame-hinging work space. This is where is indicated, which sash must currently be hinged as well as in which compartment the sash is located. The premise for the programming is the existing component data. The data can be made available through online databases, serial interfaces or barcode scanners.
