Automatic gasket insert machines introduce the gasket strip in straight elongated fittings – such as glazing beads, window frames, door frames or sills for example.
The machines are hand fitted. The insertion of the gasket, the cutting of the gasket as well as its ejection onto the delivery table take place automatically.
The length of the parts to be fitted is irrelevant. The machine control system fully recognises the units of its own accord. The precise cut can be carried out as either a straight or a mitre cut.
The gasket strip is introduced by compression. The rate of insertion is approx. 10 to 15 m/min and is adjustable.
With the use of several mounting devices, sash profiles for example can in one work cycle be mounted with a glazing or weather strip gasket.
