LEMUTH’s four-head welding machines operate in 2 minute cycles. Frames and sash units can run alternately through the combined machine as desired.
The complete vertical model of the automatic machine guarantees user-friendly operation. The bar insertion as well as the ejection of the welded units take place in a vertical position.
For optimal welding results the automatic machine disposes of STAR-guide transporting units on the machine heads as well as a very solid, large dimensioned frame. Precise rack drives guarantee the exact positioning of the welding heads.
The automatic welding machine works with 0.2 mm welding bead margins. Pressure, temperature and welding time can be assigned separately to each type of profile.
