The Automatic Sash Fittings Bolting Machines of series FBS136-DT fully automatically bolt the manually preclipped fittings to wooden and aluminium sash elements.
This system, which consists of a preceding sash fittings clipping station and an automatic bolting machine, is an optimum entry into the automated mounting of fittings. Both components can be operated individually and in combination:
Manual Sash Fittings Clipping Station FBK135
In this station the fittings are manually clipped onto the sash. The fittings clipping station can be equipped with the following optional components:
- Belt table
- fittings rack
- cutting and embossing tool to cut fittings to length
- NC axis for the highly precise positioning of the cutting and embossing tool
- monitor showing the fittings
- bar code reader.
Automatic Sash Fittings Bolting Machine FBS136-DT
The automatic fittings bolting machine has been designed on the basis of the fittings mounting centres of series FBA136.
This machine performs the following operations:
- careful loading and unloading of the sash by means of conveyor belts
- automatic turning of the sash by means of the rotary belt table
- automatic bolting of the clipped fittings.
The automatic fittings bolting machine can be optionally used as a
- single-station version for loading and unloading the sash on the fittings
clipping station or as a
- pass-through machine from which the sash is transported to the following
equipment, e.g. the stacker.
