This method of gluing the glass panes to the sash offers an optimum and cost-effective entry into the manufacture of glued sashes. The advantages of semi-automatic gluing lie in the always perfect application of the glue and the high product quality at a significantly lower glue consumption.
Procedure:
The elements to be glued are manually placed on a work table and then automatically clamped. The glue applicator head, which is mounted on a highly precise, numerically controlled shaft, deposits the glue between glazing rebate and sash profile. For gluing the following side the operator turns the element and the glue is applied again.
