The fittings mounting centre fully automatically sets and bolts all lock parts and supports on the welded frames. Up to 99 panels can be fitted with fittings components.
The supports are supplied in manually filled connecting feeders. The carrier can be removed from the feeder for refilling.
The lock parts are placed in solidly mounted suspended feeders ready to supply the machines. Should according to user-preference only certain lock parts be mounted, the use of large vibratory feeders can be put into operation (option).
To mount the lock parts and supports two separate mounting heads with various independently active handling, drill and bolt sub-assembly units are put into operation.
