Automatic gasket insert machines fully automatically push the gasket in around the entire periphery of the already welded and cleaned frames or sashes. For the machining of the sashes on glass and weather strip panels the sash is automatically turned onto the other side by a turning mechanism.
Each window unit can be fitted with a gasket for up to 99 panels. The arrangement of the panels in the unit is user-defined. Also alternating inward and outward opening panels can be fitted.
The gasket is inserted by compression. It is not necessary to glue the gasket ends. It is possible for the gasket join to be on any one of the four sides of the unit depending on user preference.
The machining of centre gasket sections, groove interval and height gauges, as well as overlapping units is only possible on 3 sides of the unit.
Each automatic gasket insert machine can accommodate two gasket insertion heads - e.g. for glazing gasket or weather strip gasket - for every cross bar.
