The fittings mounting station is designed to go behind a LEMUTH fittings mounting centre FBA130/136 as a space for manual operations. Here all fittings components to be cut to length – such as drive and top rods - are embossed, cut to size and mounted.
In a further enhanced configuration of the automation of the fittings mounting process, this station can later be replaced by a fittings mounting centre FBA138-VA.
The station machinery is put together in stages. Therefore the integration of already existing components – such as cutting-to-length tools or an assembly table - is possible after technical checks.
For easy handling the operator is always shown the next fittings component on the computer. According to the data specification the NC-dog sets up the cutting gauge.
The operator takes the required elongated fitting from the clearly arranged fittings racks. The cutting-to-length machine precisely embosses and punches the fittings component to the required dimensions.
A pneumatically powered bolting device mounts the fittings onto the sash.
